You don’t need tons of ingredients to make a finger-licking food. Here are the things you would need:

3 pounds chicken wings

For the glaze:

– 1/2 cup soy sauce
– 1 cup sweet clover honey
– 2 tablespoons sesame oil
– 2 tablespoons of pineapple juice
– 1 clove garlic (minced)
– Salt and ground black pepper (can be substituted with your favorite seasoning)

First, mix soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, pineapple juice and clove garlic in a small bowl to make the glaze.

Then, cut off the tips of the chicken wings. Roast or broil them until the color becomes golden brown.

Add the chicken wings into the bowl and coat them with the honey glaze.

Preheat the oven at 350 degrees F. Sprinkle the chicken wings with salt and pepper and place them on baking pan. Bake for an hour until well done and the sauce thickened.

Remove from the oven and serve immediately.

If there is any remaining glaze, use it as dipping sauce for the honey chicken wings. Spicy barbecue sauce also makes a good company for this finger-licking snack. Serve with coleslaw, potatoes, baked beans or rice.
